Terrorists' Assignment: Protect Barack Obama

Members of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, Fatah's declared military wing, participated in the protection of Barack Obama during his visit to the West Bank last week, according to a World Net Daily report:
One Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades member who doubles as a PA security force officer and who was set to protect Obama, joked if there was any threat to the presidential candidate it would come from Israel:

"Maybe the Israelis will try something because of Obama's policy on Israel, which the Zionists don't like, but we will certainly protect Obama...," the Al Aqsa member said.

The information that Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades members will protect Obama comes after Israel announced last week it arrested six Arabs who allegedly were plotting to assassinate President Bush on behalf of al-Qaida.
Nevertheless, I can assure you that when Obama heads off to Tehran to meet with Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, he will be afforded the best security possible - which means Iran's Revolutionary guards will probably be assigned to protect him, despite the fact that they've been designated as a terrorist organization by the US Senate. [Obama vehemently opposed that Senate resolution.]

While the Iranian government may not be too fond of people who are not of the Muslim faith, Obama is one person who's not a Muslim that the Iranian government would love to cozy up to.
